1 General Introduction and Acceptance

bajibd (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "service") is an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and bajibd.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• If identity verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bajibd offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general terms apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• The required wagering condition must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person, household, IP address, or device.
• bajibd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• VIP program benefits are separately defined and subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

bajibd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform are operated by trusted third-party providers and are regularly audited.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with game results will result in immediate account termination.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved on the server and can be resumed after reconnecting.

6.1 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Colluding with other users to determine game outcomes.
• Registering with false information or concealing identity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform for gain.
• Operating an account or playing games on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

The bajibd authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Closing the account at the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Prior to account termination, if no breach of Terms has occurred, any withdrawable balance will be returned.
